Hi, my name is Niki! My interest in fitness and nutrition first began in 2013 as a freshman in college. I was a college athlete who wanted to be stronger, run faster and dominate on the field. Being 18 and right out of high school, my diet was not the best. As soon as I got to college I began to correctly fuel my body, while incorporating strength training into my routine. With these adjustments I was able to improve my function on the field. Seeing all of my progress and results I began to pursue nutrition in my studies. It became my mission to discover more about the human body and what helps to keep it moving. I became fascinated by the science behind what actually happens when you eat food. I quickly realized how important nutritious foods are and how I can help so many people with this powerful knowledge. From that moment I was hooked.

After I graduated from college with my nutrition degree, I wanted to take my learning a step further. I started studying the movement of the human body and how to effectively & efficiently keep it flowing. I then realized the impact of movement when properly combined with nutrition. This was the catalyst for my personal training journey. Since then I have learned so much and have continued to study and seek more knowledge each day. There is no place I would rather be than right here. I am so grateful that I can share my knowledge and experiences with others. In my opinion, there is nothing better than a well rounded diet in combination with an amazing exercise program.
