Ingredients:

🍍 1/2 cup water

🥥 1/2 cup coconut milk

🍍 1 cup frozen pineapple

🥥 1 tsp fresh minced ginger

🍍 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.

 

Cucumber Kiwi Smoothie

🥝 1 handful spinach

🥒 1 cup cucumber

🥝 1 tbsp almond butter

🥒 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

🍓 1/2 cup frozen zucchini (optional)
